With the aim of bringing spirit making back to the Royal Burgh of Linlithgow, we are a micro gin distillery focusing on using input from the local community and keeping our gin small batch and hand-crafted. Our gin, LinGin® has been influenced by a community tasting panel and is distilled, bottled and labelled entirely from Linlithgow.
